My dad and I have known Bill for 15 years or so. It is a shock to hear of his sudden passing. We became friends through our potato farm and we spent many hours at Mike-sells potato chip factory in Dayton, Ohio talking and joking with each other as we waited for our trucks to be unloaded. I can’t help but think of Bill and remember his smile and friendly personality. He knew the lord and I hope that helps those in his family to know that he is in heaven. God bless Bill Mitchell and his family. With deepest sympathy- Brad Daniels

I met Bill at the races. We became friends and I always saved a seat for him because I got there earlier than him. He always had a great sense of humor and always had stories to tell. Even though I haven’t seen him as much in the last couple of years, I will miss the chance of seeing him and his happy face. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Bill. I live in New York, but I knew him through my sister Nancy Trygstad in Sheridan. He was a real friend to her, and I always enjoyed visiting with him when I was there. He had a mischievious smile and loved to debate! My sympathies to his fiancee and all the family for such an untimely loss.
