William Lutherloh

William R. Lutherloh, age 77, of Fenwick, passed away peacefully at his home under the loving care of his family and Interim Hospice.

If you were looking for a kind, generous, and hard-working man, Bill Lutherloh was your guy. Bill worked in the dairy industry his entire life, he started out on his father’s dairy farm and retired as the field supervisor for Dairy Farmers of America. Bill also served on the Fairplains Township board for over 30 years, was a life member of the Free and Accepted Masons of Michigan and Order of the Eastern Star, he also served on several various boards and councils relating to the dairy industry. However, of all his accomplishments, the thing Bill was most proud of and the thing he enjoyed the most in life was his family and spending time with them; he will be deeply missed by everyone.

Surviving Bill is his wife of 55 years, Diana; daughter, Lucinda “Cyndy” (Ken) Smith of Sidney; son, Gene (Amy) Lutherloh of Fenwick; grandchildren, Amanda (Cory) Selleck of Fenwick; Haley Lutherloh of Mt. Pleasant; Dylan Myers of Fenwick; Remnar Lutherloh of Fenwick; great granddaughter, Ryden Selleck of Fenwick; sister, Connie (Larry) Lear of Fenwick; several nieces and nephews; lots of great friends and his beloved dog, Duke.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Rheinard & Dorothy (Boomer) Lutherloh; sister, Sandy; nephew, Jackie and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alfred & Paula Harper.

Visitation and funeral services for Bill are being held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Clear Lake Cemetery (1009 W. Jenks Road, Fenwick). Visitation will be from 11 AM to 12 PM with the funeral ceremony and Masonic Funeral rites beginning at 12 Noon with Pastor Greg Gladding officiating.
