Caroline and family,We are so sorry to hear of Bills passing. Chad has many great memories of him while being friends with Duane and also working with him at the Road Commission. He was a very talented man who always had a joke or two to tell. He will be missed, Chad and Penny Barber

Caroline, I am so sorry to hear Bill passed away. I will always remember our bus trip to Mt Rushmore and our driver (George) surprised Bill by stopping at Ellsworth Air Force Base. I will never forget his excitement and emotion. It was wonderful having met you two. Please accept my sympathy.
