William O. Allen, age 69, of Crystal, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw.
Bill or “Wild Bill” as he was known by his friends and family, loved an adventure. He would often pack up the family, start driving down the road, not knowing where they were going until they got there. Bill loved to visit with people, even if he didn’t know them. He also enjoyed hunting for deer and racoons, going fishing and watching the birds outside his window; that was until the cats got them. He could joke with the best of them and often told people, if he wasn’t picking on you it meant he didn’t like you. Bill will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Surviving Bill is his wife of 50 years, Dorothy; daughters, Kristie (Ray) Keith of Stanton; Autumn (Dan) Humphrey of Stanton; son, Brian Allen (Daniel Schotten) of Farwell; grandchildren, Tim Keith of Stanton; Jayson Keith of Stanton; Kryn Humphrey of Stanton; Jamie Humphrey of Stanton; ElJay William Humphrey of Stanton; sisters, Carol Goodwin of Vestaburg; Bonnie Palmer of Florida; Kay Allen of Ft. Worth, Texas; brother, Joel (Darlynn) Allen of Barryton; sisters-in-law, Karen Klumpp of Alma and Linda Klumpp of Lansing; and several nieces and nephews.
