Susan R Felty (Bristol)

Susan Felty, age 54 of Sheridan passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 under the loving care of her family after a courageous eight year battle with cancer.

She is survived by her parents Ron & JoAnn (Grubb) Bristol of Crystal; her husband, Kim Felty; daughters, Casey Bristol of Grand Rapids and Chloe Felty of Sheridan; sisters, Shirley (Scott) Thomas of Ionia, Shelia Lanning of McBride, Rebecca Bristol of Mecosta, Andrea (Robert) Kelsay of Belfield, North Dakota, Jamie (Bruce) Bolf of Sidney; brothers, Rick (Barb) Bristol of Crystal, John (Eva) Bristol of Warren; mother-in-law and stepfather-in-law, Ruth & Pat Patterson; brother-in-law, Terry Felty; close niece, Misty Bull and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Susan is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Roy Felty and two brothers-in-law, Jeff Felty and Scott Thomas.
With her contagious laugh and free spirt, Susan touched the lives of many people. She loved to read anything she could get her hands on, going camping and enjoying life; but most of all her family was what she enjoyed the most, especially her two daughters. Susan will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation with Susan’s family will be on Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 4-8 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan.

Funeral services will be on Friday, June 3, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan with Pastor Paul Hulford officiating. Final inurnment will be at Sidney Cemetery.
