Steven Parker

Steven A. Parker, age 73, of Sheridan, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021.

Steve was a long-time resident of Sheridan. He graduated from Central Montcalm High School and also attended Montcalm Community College. Steve loved living and doing business in the Sheridan community where he also had many great friends. He was co-owner of Parker Painting. Steve enjoyed working in his yard, tinkering in his workshop, watching the Detroit Tigers and NASCAR races. Steve dearly loved his family and friends and spending time with them. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Surviving Steve is his wife, Cheryl Parker; sons, Brian Parker of Sheridan and Kevin (Sara) Andrews of Greenville; daughters, Shana (Chuck) Andrews-Bailey of Belmont, Michelle Andrews of Grand Rapids, grandchildren, Bailey Parker of Greenville, Madelyn Andrews of Raleigh, North Carolina, Jack Izenbart of Grand Rapids, Alaina Andrews of Grand Rapids, Jules Bailey of Belmont, Audra Bailey of Belmont, Ava Andrews of Greenville, and Evan Andrews of Greenville; sister, Barbie (Pat) O’Neil of Sault Ste. Marie; brother, David (Jean) Parker of Gaylord; and business partner and long-time friend, Keith Ledin of Sheridan.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas & Mildred (Bjorndahl) Parker and son, Todd Parker.

Steve’s life will be celebrated on Sunday, December 12th from 1 to 4 PM at the Stanton American Legion Post 452 (337 W. Day St.). Final inurnment will be at Sheridan Cemetery.
