Stefanie Shoen, 64, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday June 18, 2019 at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
To truly describe Stefanie, you would need many pages. She was a master gardener, a wonderful cook, an excellent seamstress, she loved to read, write, do crafts, play music, loved animals, and the list could go on! There wasn’t much that she didn’t excel at, but most of all, she loved her family. The most important thing to her was being near to those she loved. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Stefanie is survived by her husband; Michael Shoen of Sheridan, her children; Amie (Dan) Ziebold of San Antonio, Jaquelyn Shoen of Sheridan, Ray Shoen of Grand Rapids, Michael Benjamin Shoen of Grand Rapids, her siblings; Christine Hoover, Betsy Koan, Teresa Colby, Cherie (Frank) Kip, Kathy Dempsey-Stanley, Ronald (Debbi) Colby, Randy (Dawn) Colby, her grandson; Zach Ziebold, many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Preceding her in death are her mom and dad; Ronald and Anna Colby, her mother; Newby Sprague and son in law; Kevin Seymour.
A Celebration of Stefanie’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or donations, in memory of Stefanie, be kind to each other!
