Shelly Lewis

Shelly Lewis, age 59, of Riverdale, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at Maple View Hospice Home in Ithaca.

Shelly loved being outdoors and especially enjoyed camping. Every year, Shelly looked forward to her annual vacation to Mackinaw City with her family and friends. The people who meant the most to her were her husband, children, grandchildren, and her closest friends and Shelly treasured each and every moment spent with them. She will be dearly missed by everyone.
Surviving Shelly is her mom, Barb Gibson of Sumner; her husband of 42 years, Wayne; daughter, Jennifer (Bob) Lewis of Bay City; sons, Wayne Lewis II of Lyons and Andrew Lewis of Riverdale; grandchildren, Taylor Lewis of Columbia, South Carolina and Zach Smith of Hemlock; sister, Angie Favel of Vestaburg; brother, Bill Favel of Saginaw; and special friends, Curt and Tammy Luedtke of Midland.

Shelly was preceded in death by her son, Brian Lewis; her father, Paul Stout; and her stepfather, Odin Favel.

Shelly’s life is being celebrated on Thursday, March 24th at the Seville Church of God (8360 Monroe Road in Elwell). Visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm. Funeral services will begin at 6 pm at the church with Pastor Bob Fall officiating. Shelly will be laid to rest in the Riverdale Cemetery.
