Ruth Finkbeiner

Ruth Mae Finkbeiner, age 88, of Greenville, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021, at Mission Point of Greenville.

Ruth was a longtime member of Greenville Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing cards and working on puzzles. She also liked stitchwork and was quite a talker. Most of all Ruth adored being in nature and her family.

Left to cherish Ruth’s memory are her daughters: Ellen (Rex) Nye of Texas and Dawn (Ron) Hotchkiss of Michigan; son: Glenn (Kayla ) Finkbeiner of Missouri; grandchildren: Trey, Colton, & Elijah Finkbeiner of Missouri, Karen Hotchkiss, Amanda Stokes, and Felicia Dean of Michigan; many great-grandchildren; sister: Katherine (Raymond) Broomfield of Michigan; brothers: Carl (Sandra) Blumberg and Roger (Barbara) Blumberg of Michigan; sister-in-law: Lois Blumberg; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Ruth with preceded in death by her parents: Orion & Irene (Scherer) Blumberg; sons: David Ingersoll and Gerald Finkbeiner; daughters: Annette Sower and Diane Ingersoll; grandson: Derek Sower; and brother Harold Blumberg.
