Robert “Bob” Egan, age 76, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at his home.
While there were many things Bob liked to do when he wasn’t working as an electrician, such as, going hunting and fishing, camping, mowing his lawn and taking random backroad road trips, his three favorite things involved fast cars, people, and most importantly, his family. Bob traveled all over the United States going to different dirt tracks where he enjoyed watching the races, especially open wheel cars. He liked being around people and socializing with them, but most of all, Bob loved his family and treasured his time with them.
Surviving Bob is his wife of 55 years, Linda; daughters, Debra (Anthony) Yaczko of Angier, North Carolina; Nicole Egan of Sheridan; son, Eric (Robin) Egan of Lowell; grandchildren, Katarina Yaczko of Angier, North Carolina; Cameron Egan and Kendal Egan, both of Lowell; sister, Phyllis Patton of Ionia; brothers, Larry (Jeanette) Egan of Phenix, Arizona; Gerald Egan of Lowell and many nieces and nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, John & Louise (Repphun) Egan; sisters, Josephine Simmet; Regina Edwards; Marjorie Cook; Mary Klein; brothers, Pat Egan and Dick Egan.
