Pauline Burns

Pauline L. Burns, age 77, of Sheridan passed away on Monday, September 9, 2013 at her home. She was born on April 17, 1936 in Stanton, the daughter of Cecil & Gladys (Sebring) Barber.
On October 3, 1959 in Grand Rapids, Pauline was married to William A. Burns III and he survives in addition to their children, Barbara & Michael Bokovoy of Lansing, Deborah & Richard Roberts of Osseo, William & Breann Burns of Belding, a daughter in law, Donna Burns of Bay City, Texas, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and one brother, Jack & Jean Barber of Stanton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, a grandson, three brothers and two sisters.
Formerly of Ionia and McBain, Pauline has been a resident of the Sheridan area since 2011. She was retired from Gibsons.
Graveside services at Evergreen Cemetery, Sheridan will be held on Friday, September 13th beginning at 11 AM with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating.
Cremation has already taken place; there will not be any visitation held.
For those desiring to do so, the family has suggested memorial considerations can be made to the charity of one’s choice. There are envelopes available at the funeral home.
