Nancy Schleicher, age 83, of Stanton, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021, at Hathaway Hills in Greenville.
Nancy enjoyed reading, tending and weeding her flower gardens, playing solitaire, sitting in her gazebo on Dickerson Lake with a good glass of wine and watching the boats, seeing the hummingbirds at her feeders, and taking cruises with her sister Connie.
Surviving Nancy are her nephews, Eric (Reneé) Harvin of Stanton and Kevin (Becky) Earegood of Breckenridge; 4 great nephews and 1 great niece.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Grover & Marian (Gardner) Potter; daughter, Tonya Schleicher; sisters, Vickie Earegood and Connie Harvin; and great nephew, Eric Harvin, Jr.
A celebration of Nancy’s life is being held on Saturday, December 4th at the Clifford Lake Inn (561 Clifford Lake Dr. NW, Stanton) beginning at 3 PM.
For those wanting to make a memorial donation in Nancy’s memory the family suggests you direct them to the American Cancer Society.
