Michael "Mike" Misner

Michael Glen Misner, age 63 of Ionia, passed away at his home on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.

Mike was a guy who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, even if that meant he had to go without. He started working on a farm when he was about 15 years old and loved every minute he could spend outdoors. It didn’t matter if he was hunting or fishing which were some of his favorite activities, or working on tractors or walking around flea markets, if he was outdoors he was happy. When he wasn’t working or playing outside, Mike liked to play video games and loved watching his favorite show, Duck Dynasty as well as old Western TV shows and movies. Mike was a blessing to everyone who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.

In honoring Mike’s wishes, no formal funeral ceremony will be held.
