Margaret M. Brown, age 84, of Sheridan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2022 in Golden Life Adult Foster Care, Greenville.
Margaret had a heart of gold and was a happy and outgoing social butterfly. She made friends easily and loved with her whole heart. She was a very creative and talented musician who loved to express herself through both instruments and voice. Margaret’s church family was very important to her as were her children and grandchildren. This kind hearted soul will be forever missed by many.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Mary (Joe) Bliss of Sheridan, Diane (Ric) Stevens of Belding, and Kathy (Bruce) Toman of Sheridan; step-son Larry (Diane) Brown of Muskegon; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A special thank you to her grandson Tim Lowery of Ionia and granddaughter Jen (Bill) Ferrier of Greenville for their special care.
She is preceded in death by her parents Clements & Josephine (Kaczmarczyk) Selewski; husband Richard Brown; brother Norbert Selewski; and sister Barbara LaVier.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 1:30pm-2:30pm at Simpson Family Funeral Homes (246 S. Main St., Sheridan), followed by a Memorial Service at 2:30pm.
