Larena Mason (Bloomqueist)

Larena Mason, age 66, of Sheridan, passed away at her home on Saturday, January 8, 2022, under the loving care of her family and Spectrum Hospice.

Larena was a loving mother, wife, and friend. She enjoyed gardening, music, and spending time with family and friends. She was never too busy to help others and was a very hard worker.
Surviving Larena is her husband, Pete Rzadca of Sheridan; daughter, Ashlee Mason of Greenville; son, Erik (Erin) Mason of Greenville; sister, Ralynn Hansen of Greenville; sister-in-law, Glenda Bloomquist of St. Louis; and many other family and friends.

Larena was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Jones; father and step-mother, Carl & Geneva Bloomquist; and her brother, Reggie Bloomquist.

In honoring Larena’s wishes, no formal funeral ceremony will be held and she will be laid to rest in the Evergreen Township Cemetery.
