Kenneth L. Skiver II, age 74, of Belding, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 8, 2021.
Ken loved spending time with his family, going camping, people watching, wood working, taking rides around Baldwin Lake, and playing solitaire.
Surviving Ken is his wife, Pam Skiver of Belding; daughter, Lisa & Tommy Alcala of Greenville; son, Jeff Skiver of Belding; grandchildren, Jordan & Alicia Skiver-Palmer of Cedar Spring, Sebastian & Brooke Heintz of Belding, Deven & Rakel Palmer of Riverdale, Tabitha Heintz & Nick Case of Greenville, Ashley Palmer of Alma, Mackenzie Alcala of Greenville, Tomas Alcala III of Cedar Springs, Carly Alcala of Greenville, Dylan Collier of Shepherd, Caleb Skiver of Shepherd; great grandchildren, Tristan, Grayson, Jaxon, Adyson, Talia, Amelia, Ava, Jameson, Raileeannah, Augustine, Adrian, Harper; brother, Darrell & Linda Huszar of Colorado; and his beloved dog, Sophie.
Ken was preceded in death by his mother, Marion Sherman; father, Ken Skiver, Sr.; daughter, Lori Bannen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Leo & Donna Slock; sister, Joan; and brothers, Rick, Martin, and Art.
Ken’s life will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 18th, with a visitation from 12 Noon to 1 PM and a memorial service starting at 1 PM, at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan (246 S. Main St.). Final inurnment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Stanton.
