Karen M. DeVries, age 49 of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Saranac.

Karen is survived by her mom, Joyce Noah of Mesa, Arizona; father, Gerald Noah of Grand Rapids; daughter, Trinity Holst of Kentwood; sons, Trevor Thompson of Grand Rapids; Skylar DeVries of Clarksville; Tristen Bussell of Lowell; grandsons, Elijah and Tanner Thompson; sisters, Nancy Young of Rockford; Valerie Worley of Oregon; Robin Mason of Belding; Kim (Larry) Zander of Belding and her brother, Rodney Noah of Lowell.

She was preceded in death by two grandmas, Evelyn Gachter and Gertrude Nichols; grandpa, August Gachter; aunts, Celina Trebian; Janet Farley; Donna Rasmussen; Joanne Gallagher and uncles, Bernard Noah; Robert Gachter and Ralph Gachter.

Memorial services for Karen are being held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Simpson Family Funeral Homes in Sheridan (246 S. Main Street) beginning at 11 AM with Father Mark Bauer officiating. Visitation will be one-hour prior from 10 to 11 AM.

Memorial donations may be made to the family and envelopes will be available at the funeral home on Saturday.
