Joseph Martin Naab

Joseph M. Naab, age 63, of Ionia, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023, at SKLD Nursing Home in Ionia.

Joe loved watching NASCAR, as well as dirt track racing. He took an enormous amount of pride in his craft as a painter. Joe really enjoyed watching U of M Football, he had a big heart, and loved his friends and family as if they were one. Joe's family would like to extend a big thank you to the staff at both the SKLD Nursing Home and Heart to Heart Hospice of Lansing for the wonderful care they provided him.

Surviving Joe are his children, Troy (Sarah) Naab of Ionia, Jennifer (Bill) Charon of Ionia, Doug (Ciera) Naab of Woodland, Zachary (Alexandra) Naab of Ionia, Kaylee (Josh) Swinford of Longview, Texas, Ricki Gallagher of Ionia, Jacob (Katie) Clayton of Phoenix, Arizona; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Jordin, Gracie, Garrett, Alex, Isabella, Xzavier, Immigin, Aurora, Mason, Myles, Joshua, JaKobe, and Charleigh; great grandchildren, Greycen; sister, Brenda (Tom) Dudgeon of Phoenix; stepsister, Stacie (Jim) Cannard; and many nieces and nephews.

Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Staci Naab; mother, Lynne Naab; father, Jerry Naab; and brother, Robert Naab.

A celebration of Joseph's life will be held at a later date.
