Jessica Forist

Jessica Jo Forist, age 41 of Perrinton, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.

She was born the daughter of Gerald & Kristi (Wonch) Forist on November 4, 1976 in Carson City. She is preceded in death by her father and grandpa Dale Wonch.

It was safe to say that in her 41 years here on earth, Jessica has never met a stranger. She loved people and enjoyed talking to them. She liked to go for walks and go dancing. She was a very crafty person and a talented artist who like to draw. Jessica would not only brighten up the entire room, but she would also brighten up your day and she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Surviving Jessica is her mother, Kristi Forist of Crystal; grandma Judy Wonch of Sumner; sisters, Amanda Forist of Moss Point, Mississippi; Adella Landers of Grand Rapids; Melissa Clayton of Cedar Springs; Michelle Forist of Grand Rapids; brothers, Terry Forist of Grand Rapids; Gary Forist of Grand Rapids; niece, Emily Lownsbery of Crystal; Samantha Smith of Moss Point, Mississippi; Destinie McCowen of Carson City; Nephew, Anthony Smith of Moss Point, Mississippi and many more nieces and nephews.

Jessica’s family will be celebrating her life at a later date.
