Obituary for
Jayson Beckley
Jayson Lee Beckley, age 22 of Sheridan, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, March 24, 2018.
A fun loving young man, Jayson’s smile was extremely contagious. His bright personality would light up the room and he was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. Jayson loved sports, especially football, which he like to not only watch but play; he was a standout player at Central Montcalm High School and a member of the class of 2014. He also liked camping, going fishing with his friends and his Grandma’s chocolate chip cookies. Jayson will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Jayson loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carrie & Trevor Wright of Sheridan; sister, Shaylie Wright of Sheridan; brothers, Gage Wright of Sheridan; Laben Beckley of Muskegon; Noah Beckley of Muskegon; grandparents, Ben & Nancy Brough of Greenville; Paul & Pam Roberts of Greenville; Steve & Jackie Wright of Stanton; great grandparents, Jerry & Norma Hollinshead of Sheridan; Alice Roberts of Fenwick; Joyce Mascho of Alma and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
Preceding Jayson in death is his father, Benjamin Beckley; grandmother, Carolene Poling and grandfather, Bob Beckley.
A celebration of Jayson’s life is being held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 4-7 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan and you are free to come and go as your schedule allows.
