Jamie Patmore-Groening, age 28, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 11, 2015 in Stanton.
Jamie is survived by her father, Tom & Cindy Patmore of Stanton, her mother Malinda Southwell & Ken Kreiner of Mt. Pleasant; sisters, Jessica Patmore & Stevie Patmore both of Stanton, Melissa & Brian Embree of Sand Lake; brothers, Jeremy Masengale of Greenville, William Masengale of Belding; Grandmother’s, Yvonne Southwell of Grand Rapids, June Patmore of Stanton, Audrey Southwell of Grand Rapids; uncles, Allen Southwell of Greenville, John & Vivian Southwell of Arkansas, Steve Patmore of Suttons Bay, Bill Patmore of Lowell, Indiana, Chuck Patmore of Sidney, Bob Baldwin of Mesa, Arizona, niece Gracelynn Adams of Stanton; as well as many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jamie was proceeded in death by her grandfathers, Bill Patmore and John Southwell.
A member of the Lakeview Class of 2005, Jamie was a fun loving person who had a big heart and a caring personality. She was very athletic and played many sports in high school. She was extremely smart, even helping to teach her sister Stevie to read when she was young. Jamie has made a lasting impression on all who knew her and will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
A celebration of Jamie’s life will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan from 4-7 PM.
