Geraldine Kellams, age 84, of Stanton, passed away at her home on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
While Geraldine was the name given to her at birth, she was more commonly known as "Aunt Tuji" and "Little Grandma". While small in physical stature, Granny's personality was large and her command and control of any situation was never questioned. Her family was her life and she loved each and every one of them with her whole heart. Because of that love, she wasn't afraid to correct you if you were out of line, either with her words or a swat upside the head. Granny will always be remembered as a great supervisor, always having to put her touch on any project, as it was never done quite right. Granny came from a very big family, she was the last remaining of 8 siblings, and she herself had a very large family and she absolutely loved that, simply put, she was an amazing mom and grandma who always put her family first, she would do anything for them.
Granny also loved tending to her flower gardens, going for walks in the woods, she was the world's best back scratcher, she liked going for rides, and loved shopping.
