Diana Burns

Diana Lynn Burns, age 69, of Kuna, Idaho, formerly of Lansing and Carson City, passed away on November 17, 2021.

Diana worked for the State of Michigan for over 40 years before her retirement. She worked with many charities over the years, assisting with Meals on Wheels, and donating her time to make hats for cancer patients. Diana also was very passionate about animals and made many blankets for the humane society. After her retirement, Diana moved to Idaho to spend quality time with her grandchildren, and she will be deeply missed by everyone.

Diana is survived by her sisters, Carolyn (Robert) Butcher and Lois Coker; daughters, Krista Hardy and Jessica (Matthew) Bergevin; grandchildren, Clayton (Amanda) Burns, Kearstyn (Cody) Pyman, Anthony Toth, Piper Bergevin, and Zoe Bergevin; and her great grandchildren, Emma Burns, Scarlett Burns, and Aleeya Pyman.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents Chester & Helen (Harlow) Goodsite, and her brother Robert Goodsite.

A celebration of Diana’s life is being held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, from 12 Noon to 2:30 PM, at the Exit 57 Activities Building in Carson City, (10010 E. Carson City Road). Please feel free to come and go as your schedule allows.
