Delores Yeasley

Delores Daisy Yeasley, age 74, of Sheridan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 10, 2022 in Spectrum Health United Hospital in Greenville.

Known for her big heart, Delores loved her family and spending time with them. She was a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed watching movies, doing crossword puzzles, reading, and being outdoors. She was an excellent cook and was very outgoing. Delores was very helpful and giving to others, and lived by the Golden Rule: Do to others what you would have them do to you. She will be forever missed by all who knew her.

Delores is survived by her daughter Kimberly Yeasley of Stanton; sons, Frank Jr. (Sonya) Yeasley of Sheridan, and Kurt Yeasley of Sheridan; grandchildren, Frank III, Devin, Autumn, Kurt Jr., Cody, and Cheyanne; eight great-grandchildren; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Yeasley Sr. in 2001; parents Orsie & “Cutie” Alexander; granddaughter Merisha Nichols; sister Carolyn Alexander; and brother Gerald Alexander.

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 10:00am - 11:00am at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan (246 S. Main St.) with a funeral service to follow at 11:00am.
