David "Huck" Huckleberry II

David “Huck” Huckleberry II, age 45, of Middleton, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.

David, or “Huck”, as he was known by his friends, was a guy who loved to ride his motorcycles, spend time with his family, hanging out with his friends, enjoyed working on the farm as a feed specialist at Double Eagle Dairy Farm in Middleton. David also loved his collection of Nike shoes. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Surviving David is his father, David Huckleberry of Greenville; mother, Loretta Huckleberry of Pewamo; life partner, Hillari Huckleberry of Stanton; children, Justine and Josh; brother, Don (Tara) Huckleberry of Cedar Springs; sister, Tina Huckleberry of Stanton; grandma, Lorriane Henderson of Ft. Myers, Florida; many aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews, and lots of extended family and great friends.

David was preceded in death by his grandma, Gloria Huckleberry; grandpas, Bob Huckleberry and Don Telfor.

A celebration of David’s life is being held on Thursday, November 4th from 5 to 7 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan. Please feel free to come and go as your schedule allows.
