Christopher B. Cole, age 49, of Ionia, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
A quiet and reserved guy, Chris found comfort in his chosen profession of being a truck driver and solitude in the long over the road trips which he dearly loved. He enjoyed working on cars, tinkering with things in the garage, watching movies, and loved his dogs. Chris also loved taking his daughter fishing when she was younger. Chris’s passing leaves a hole in the heart of many, but his memory will live on in his family and friends and Chris will be cherished in their hearts forever.
Surviving Chris is his daughter, Brittany (Robert) Zufelt of Sheridan, his longtime significant other, Darleen Cole of Ionia; granddaughter, AnnMarie Zufelt of Sheridan; and mother-in-law, Linda Smith of Ionia.
