Chloe Jade Roberts, age 25 of Lansing, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.
Known for her unique sense of style, Chloe was never afraid to make a bold statement with her ensemble. She could wear heavy boots and a denim jacket, or high heels with flowers sprinkled in her hair, or a mix of both. In everything she did, wore, and said, she was deeply and thoroughly true to herself. She had a bright and undeniable personality that made her unforgettable. Her witty sense of humor and sharp wisecracks could make anyone laugh even on the worst of days. She was a talented painter who completed several large canvases over a few years. Her pieces were abstract, emotional works of intense color that she poured her heart and soul into and enjoyed sharing with her loved ones. Chloe was inherently giving and deeply loving, especially toward children. She had many beloved nieces and nephews and doted on the children of her family and friends. Chloe's quirky personality, her hilarity, sense of style, and bright presence will be desperately missed by the friends and family who knew and loved her.
Chloe is survived by her mother, Ronda Badgley of Hubbardston; father, Mark Roberts of Carson City; sisters, Rachel Badgley of Sumner; Satinlynn Badgley (Matt Rodgers) of Hubbardston; brothers, Cody (Katie) Douglas of Florida; Dustin Douglas (Kasia Bogacki) of Hubbardston; Braxton Roberts of Hubbardston; nieces, Samantha, Kylee, Joelene, Emma, Anna and Autumn; nephews, Tyler, Teegan and Ethan; several aunts and uncles, including her special aunt and uncle Roxie & John Eritano; many cousins, including Miranda Roberts of Ionia and two very close friends, Amber Akin of Sumner and Rae Smith of Mt. Pleasant.
Preceding Chloe in death and joining her in Heavenly reunion are her grandmas MaryBell Roberts and Madelene Lindner and grandpas William Hugh Roberts and Donald Lindner.
