Cathy Lynn

Cathy Lynn, age 66, of Sheridan, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 28, 2022, under the loving care of her family and Spectrum Hospice.

Cathy lived, laughed, and loved. She had a sense of humor that would put a smile on even the grumpiest of people. Cathy loved going to the races, watching her kids sporting events, playing euchre, doing crossword puzzles and word searches, working on her tan, and going on vacation.

Surviving Cathy is her daughter, Jill (Jason) Dickinson of Sheridan; son, Jason (Jessica) Lynn of Stanton; grandchildren, Jenna Lynn of Sheridan, Jordan Lynn of Carson City, Caila Coleman of East Lansing, Brendan Dickinson of Lansing, Maverick Dickinson of Sheridan, Miken Dickinson of Sheridan, Kassidy (Nick) Jerome of Greenville, Kaidence Jerome of Stanton, and Griffin Paulson of Stanton; brother, Terry Alexander of Baja, Mexico and Tom Alexander of Stanton; brother-in-law, Bob Lynn of Sheridan; and many nieces and nephews.

Cathy was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Smalley; dad and mom, Richard & Irene Alexander; brother, Richard Alexander; sister, Judy Alexander; and her soulmate, Bill Lynn.

A celebration of Cathy’s life is being held at 11 AM on Thursday, March 31st at the Sheridan VFW Post (209 Washington St.). Cathy will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery.
