Betty Hagerman (Allison)

Betty Hagerman, age 69, of Carson City, passed away at her home under the loving care of her family and Sparrow Hospice.

Family meant the world to Betty as she dearly loved her husband, kids, grandkids, and great grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, the Florida sunshine, and spending her summers at Silver Lake. Betty was a great baker and liked making peanut butter sheet cakes, no bake cookies, and cheesecake for her grandkids. Betty will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Surviving Betty is her husband, Mike Hagerman; daughter, Wendy (Scott) Wiles of Carson City; son, Daryl (Trisha) Hagerman of Carson City; grandchildren, Richele (Dakota) Price of Carson City, Molly Wiles of Elwell, Cara Wiles (Jerrett Loomis) of Carson City, Seth Hagerman of Crystal, Alyssa Keck of Carson City, Alec (Megan) Keck of Carson City, Rolin Hagerman of Carson City, Ella Hagerman of Carson City; great granddaughter, Gabriella Lou Price; sisters, Barbara (Eugene) Staines of Fenwick, Beverly Turner of Ionia, Bethany (Raymond) Moon of Ithaca, George (Joy) Beemer of South Carolina; sister-in-law, Donna (Skip) Leonard of Palo and brother-in-law, John (Nan) Hagerman of Crystal.

Betty was preceded in death by her mom, Dorothy Beemer and her father, Clare Allison.

A celebration of Betty’s life is being held on Monday, October 18th from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan (246 S. Main St.). Please feel free to come and go as your schedule allows.
